  To honest, insurance is the last thing I want to spend my time thinking about. I had the best agent Carly Hauck and she held my hand and made sure I got the coverage I need. I fly a drone for some of my photography and Carly found me the best insurance for my studio and my drone in one policy. I Highly recommend Carly Hauck with Western Financial.

  Carly is amazing with commercial insurance! We've been dealing with her for about 3 years regarding commercial vehicle and liability policies. We would highly recommend that other businesses in Calgary take advantage of her wealth of knowledge when it comes to business insurance. She's also very timely and responsive. Thanks Carly!

  I use this location for my home and commercial insurance. I have always found Carly Hauck to be amazingly prompt and knowledgeable and helpful. I would certainly recommend her.

  Terrible broker. Put absolutely no effort into helping their clients out, been with them for a number of years just out of convenience because they were local, in that time I've dealt with about 8 different reps. Constantly get my details wrong or need me to confirm them each time I call because they don't bother updating their records. They never fight for the best prices, they just punch in numbers and send you a renewal package once a year, don't ever fight to get better renewal pricing, which is literally their only job as the provider does everything else. I finally had enough and went to another broker, who promoptly organized all the cancellation docs, sent them over and had western financial confirm they had received them, and low and behold western financial did nothing with them so my first billing cycle was completely messed up with my new provider because my old provider was still charging me as a result of their pure laziness and imcompetance. Worst broker around, even managed to mess up a renewal once so my wife and I were driving without insurance for about 3 months before they realized. Wouldn't recommend them and would encourage anyone looking to look elsewhere. Do yourself a favour. Just awful.

  My insurance agent, Carly Hauk, saved me 50% on my auto and home policy and offers thorough service for my Commercial accounts as well. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and great to deal with! Highly recommend!
