  I love their check in feature that allows you to check in online before you go. It gives you a wait time and you check in and only go when your time approches. Great for my Autistic son who doesn't do well with waiting in line for long. I've gone for a hair cut for myself and straightened my hair which turned out great. My husband also likes getting his hair cut here. I also bring my son here because they are really good with him and are patient and understanding. He doesn't like getting his hair cut because of sensory issues and the hair stylists here are efficient and do a great job on his hair. I've gone here only one time where the hair stylist didnt do such a great job on my son's hair, but gone there several times after that and had no issues.

  Amazing service and hospitality very pleasant people to talk to for any services that are needed and the nilFisk is the best vacuum I have ever used

  To be honest I really can't put my finger on it. I find the staff has been friendly enough. It just seems really hit or miss. The last time I came here I left as the lady acted out like I was a inconvenience because I did not make a reservation online. I felt embarrassed, did not say a word and left. Other times felt like the barber was really inexperienced. But other times I have had a very pleasant experience, nice chat and felt totally comfortable with the barber. Real hit or miss place. I know a competitor that I have not seemed to have as many issues with, so I tend to end up there.

  Was not as good as what I expected. My haircut was uneven and even when I brought awareness to the hairdresser, they said that it would be even more uneven if she cut it further and that it would "just grow back". I was not very impressed with the response. Also, I was getting zapped by the trimmers they were using... not a very comforting or relaxing experience. It may have just been the day, as I have been here before and it was a good experience, but this time was the last.

  Very uneven hair cut. This is the second time that I've been here and had a less than satisfactory haircut. There are long strands and the rest of my hair is very uneven. Will have to go elsewhere to get my hair cleaned up.
