  Great place to buy electronics. Friendly staff looking to get you a great deal on whatever your looking for. I got a super deal on ceiling speakers and will be back to buy a flat screen and sounds surround.

  Excellent service. Much better than the Calgary locations. I wanted to buy a TV on Boxing Day and had a staff member named Daynon help me. He was very knowledgeable and low pressure. I will definitely be asking for him when I make my next purchase

  Spent an hour and half to upgrade a cell phone. The associate helping was fine to deal with but had another customer on the go as well. Didn't take it upon himself to ask for help from another associate in order to help us. We actually left and I called before returning to ensure service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They need to step up the customer service aspect. 1.5hrs for a simple purchase is unacceptable in my mind.

  A couple days later Marcus called and explained the situation and we were able to get everything back on track. Truly great customer service. Great attention to detail and truly listen to customer needs. I'm difficult to deal with so the fact that I'm giving a 5 star review should speak volumes. Overall Id definitely recommend stopping by the store and having a chat. If nothing you'll learn something new
