  Carstar in Okotoks was great! Initially I had taken my vehicle to another body shop that my insurance really pushed. Over the course of three weeks I had huge problems with them and I was not happy. I called Carstar to see if they could fix the problems I was having. I was in dropping off the vehicle within two days and a couple hours after dropping it off they called and said they were already working on the vehicle and they had found additional damage that the first body shop never fixed. They had called me everyday with an update, even if nothing had changed. They fixed my vehicle in four days and it was perfect, they did a great job and fixed all the issues and problems the last shop couldn't complete properly. The staff were all super nice and I didn't feel I was bothering them when I had questions or concerns. My vehicle was only two months old and there was not one scratch or anything when I picked it up. Thank you!

  Great expereince! Our Suburban was finished faster than expected and was so clean when I picked it up! Great customer service. Everyone was extremely friendly. Would definitely use them again.

  Recently had an accident to my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT and chose Carstar for the Auto Body repairs. I was very impressed with the detailed estimate that was written for my insurance company. Everyone at Carstar was very considerate and obliging to answer questions and keep me notified as to what was going on and when I could expect my pick-up to be repaired. The people at Carstar even let me go into the shop and have a look at my pick-up being repaired which I thought was a bonus on their behalf trying to accommodate my requests.The repairs were completed as to the date expected and management went through the repairs in detail. My pick-up was probably the cleanest it's been since I bought it and have been very happy with the auto body repairs and feel confident to drive it again. Nice to see a business that has people who care about what they are doing!

  Great experience. Great customer service from the front end staff, super fast repairs (repair took 2 days, and quoted at 10 days), and one of their employees even helped me move 2 of my carseats from my vehicle that was getting repaired to my rental (which is no easy task, parents am I right?!).Highly recommend!
