  If you live in the Calgary Area, GO TO THIS BIKE SHOP! The staff are amazing, helpful, polite, and most importantly, know their stuff about bikes. My wife and I were shopping for 2 Full Suspension mountain bikes (we are both avid riders on hardtails), and they were nothing but helpful advising us on everything from size, parts kit, intended use, build, etc. I thought I wanted one bike, and ended up with something better that I wasn't considering. They even brought in my size which is very hard to get a hold of. I have nothing but good things to say about Ridley's Okotoks.

  Wow! You guys are amazing! I know this obviously isn't always possible, but you fixed my son's bike on the spot. Your prices were reasonable. Your team was so friendly! So glad we learned about Ridley's Okotoks from some of your guys who we ran into biking in Fish Creek Park! We will highly recommend you to our friends! Thanks for making my son's day so he could use his bike at COP today.

  l was going to put a deposit down at another store, but they made it difficult. So I popped over to Ridley's and Matt helped me find a sweet ride at a good price. We went for a little test ride and I bought the 6fattie and have been very pleased with the level of service since then. Thanks Ridley's! Keep up the good work.

  Ron is a very helpful person and rights any bad experiences that you may have had. however, I am Very disappointed with the shop service. Every time i have brought a fork in for a service, (3 times) it leaks all over the place and I either have to do it myself or take it elsewhere.

  Had the pleasure of seeing with Ron when we went here for the first time. We went for bikes and a trailer, and can't away with quality bikes and lots of knowledge. We have never owned bikes as adults and now I think we have a couple that will last us many years. Great service, and great selection. Pricing was on par with all other shops in the city.
