  In dealing with a sick leave for my daughter who had major back surgery, the customer service was terrible! Very inflexible. We forgot to contact the gym 6 months after her surgery and they started charging us again. They also charged us for the month she was in hospital because we had missed the deadline to stop payments. We have now paid for 2 months that we can't use. The manager seems either unwilling or incapable of helping. I would never lock into a gym contract again. I would rather go to motion fitness in Okotoks. They are cheaper and don't seem set on locking you into contracts.

  Good gym. Never so busy that you have to wait long for equipment.

  Goodlife is a joke signed up 2 years ago they expect me to remember i have to call and cancel my 2 year contract or they continue to Bill you. So now i am getting charged an additional $25 on top because they didnt remind me of this. Called to see if they would do anything for me as they failed to remind me and nothing.

  Every other GoodLife in the city is open on the holiday except this one.... open 24 hours a day is a lie

  Great facility. Good atmosphere and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Only complaint is no wifi. I like to stream music when I workout and it would be nice not to have to use data when you pay as much as you do at goodlife
